A self-priming, (5) five component, troweled polyurethane screed system with self-sealing finish. The standard thickness for Polyurethane Mortar HD is a nominal 6-9mm. It cures to an extremely hard, high impact resistance mortar which exhibits excellent abrasion, wear, temperature, and chemical resistance.

It is a slip resistant Polyurethane screed formulated specifically for the food and beverage and cold storage facility industries with a Temperature Resistance from -45C to 120C, subject to high volumes of floor and wheeled traffic applied in a seamless joint – free matt finish. Polyurethane Mortar HD can be used as a protective overlay on new floor or to repair damaged floor.

It is a (4) four-component polyurethane self-leveling system. The standard thickness for Polyurethane Mortar MD is a nominal 3-4mm and has an attractive smooth matt colored floor finish.

It is also formulated specifically for the food and beverage industry. To provide a good chemical resistance and hard-wearing floor finish. Polyurethane Mortar MD can be used as a protective overlay on new floor or to repair floor.
